To Change! Good or bad, it can be hard to hold on when you let yourself think too much about it.  That’s when it’s nice to take a break, chill, and eat a cashew butter and banana sandwich. This weekend I had one for a late night snack and woke up and finished it for breakfast. Honest, I didn’t think of anything else, but just enjoyed chewing it up. Everything felt simple and good. And it can only get better with bacon. So with the changes of this week’s menu, comes a sandwich that is easy to hold on to, the one and only, CBHB!

Sandwiches:

thick cut bacon, thick sliced tomato, romaine, salt and pepper, and mayo on JC

I’m loving making sandwiches for you. I also love good bologna. This week we have a real good, thick sliced, all natural, beef bologna by Wellshire Farm. And there’s pimento cheese! What! You can have it together or separate. And if you still haven’t had the CB & J, well, my friend’s Mom said “It tastes like pie.”
